Most people don't get headaches on a regular bases but if you do you will do almost anything to stop the pain.

You can also massage your temples and neck or ask someone else to massage your temples and neck. If nothing else it will take the edge off the pain.

Use a Hot and Cold Compress: Put the compress on your forehead and eyes than relax.

Peppermint Oil: Rub your forehead or places you feel the pain. Massage the peppermint oil in the areas where you are feeling pain.

Lay Down and Close Eyes: Sometimes when you get a headache it is due to eye strain or your eyes being sensitive to light.

Rub a small amount of Vicks Vapo Rub on your temples and forehead to help relieve headaches. The mentholated scent will release pressure in your head and instantly relieve pain. Vicks also has many other benefits and uses.
